We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee and manage various technical projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with exceptional project management skills to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
- Coordinate and lead project teams, including developers, engineers, and other technical staff, to achieve project objectives.
- Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders regularly through reports, meetings, and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate project activities and dependencies into overall project plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Technology degree and PMP certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in the IT industry.
- Strong technical background with knowledge of software development methodologies, technologies, and tools.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex technical projects from initiation to completion.
- Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate project teams.
