This major expansion makes Consilium’s full suite of Uni™ Customer Engagement products available as cloud-based offerings, building upon their existing presence in the Cisco SolutionsPlus program. 

The new SaaS offerings are available for quoting and ordering in every country where Cisco Commerce Workspace is accessible, allowing partners to seamlessly add Consilium’s advanced capabilities to new and existing Cisco contact center deployments, including Webex Contact Center and WxCCE.
