UniCampaign™ integrates with and adds AI-based advanced outbound campaign orchestration on top of the cloud and on-premises contact center platforms from Cisco, Genesys and Amazon Connect.
UniCampaign™ 8.0 is a suite of the industry’s most comprehensive outbound campaign management that uses built-in artificial intelligence to optimize agent-assisted and automated outbound call campaigns in various dialing modes, and omnichannel workflows between voice, text and email, such as combining a voice conversation with an email follow-up, text message or outbound IVR.
Consilium onboarded one of the world’s largest carmakers and a US healthcare provider on UniCampaign™ 8.0 in June, and has deployed the product for thousands of outbound agent seats across the banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI), government, telecommunications and manufacturing sectors. New features in this version include AI-enabled best-time-to-contact (BTTC), threshold-based campaigns, dynamic filter changes and a virtual relationship manager (VRM) feature that allows “sticky agent” capability, ensuring that the customer is connected only to their assigned representative, tailoring customer experiences based on individual preferences and creating personalized engagement journeys. Advanced monitoring, reporting and analytics in this version create valuable insights into customer behavior and preferences to drive data-backed engagement strategies.
