Consilium Software Inc, a Cisco Preferred Solution Partner, today announced that it has strengthened its market position in South East Asia (ASEAN) by achieving the designation of Cisco Systems’ Authorized Technology Provider, Unified Contact Center Enterprise (ATP – UCCE) for enterprise-grade contact center solutions in Indonesia, adding to Consilium’s ATP’s in Malaysia and the Philippines. With investment in new regional offices and accreditations, Consilium reinforces its position as a preferred Cisco contact center technology partner, qualified to sell, deliver and support the full range of Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise solutions.
Cisco’s Authorized Technology Provider (ATP) Program for Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) is an invitation-only program for partners with experience in the high-end, enterprise contact-center market. By becoming an ATP-UCCE Satellite partner in the new geographies, Consilium is poised to help customers navigate their digital transformation journeys. This involves combining Consilium advanced professional services with its Uni™ suite of Cisco Compatible products, available on Cisco Commerce under Cisco SolutionsPlus.
